Puppy Sampling 2018 – Full Terms and Conditions

1. This free sample promotion is open to residents of the UK and Ireland aged 16 or over excluding employees or agents of James Wellbeloved (A Division of Mars Petcare UK), their families and agents.
2. To claim a free 2x100g sample of James Wellbeloved Puppy Food, an applicant must complete and submit the registration form at www.wellbeloved.com between 1st May and 1st July.
3. Only one free sample per household is allowed. A maximum of 10,000 free samples are available.
4. This free sample offer may not be combined with any other promotional offer or discount scheme.
5. A free sample will be dispatched within 28 working days an applicant of submitting a valid on-line application.
6. No prior purchase necessary.
7. Free 2x100g sample of James Wellbeloved Puppy Food is as stated and no cash or other alternative is available. Free sample packs are not for resale. Sample packs are available in Lamb flavour only.
8. The Promoter cannot be held responsible in the event that a free sample is not received by an applicant as a result of them having provided incomplete or incorrect address details when submitting their on-line claim form.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend this offer or amend these terms and conditions in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control which prevent claims for free samples being submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Promoter will reject any claim from an applicant where it has reasonable grounds for believing that an applicant is breaching the terms and conditions by submitting multiple claims.
10. By opting in to receive communications when submitting a claim form, applicants agree to receive emails from the Promoter with details about new James Wellbeloved products, offers and news. The Promoter is gathering data about pets in order to allow it to make the best pet food possible. As a result, recipients of samples who opt in will also receive a survey from the Promoter to find out about their experience with the sample. No data will be sold or transferred to any third parties.
11. Applicants can opt out of receiving further communications from the Promoter by leaving the checkbox unticked in the form alongside “We would love to keep you updated with news, special offers and updates. If you are happy to receive these communications please check this box”
