How do I book an appointment?
Simply click 'Book now' on this page, or open the chat window via the bottom right button and type 'Ask Alice' at any time!
How do I cancel my appointment?
Head to your confirmation email and click the link next to 'Cancel' at the bottom of the email. You'll be taken to a web page where you can add an optional reason for your cancellation, click 'Cancel' and you're all done! You'll receive an email to confirm this.
How do I reschedule my appointment?
Head to your confirmation email and click the link next to 'Reschedule' at the bottom of the email. You'll be taken to a web page where you can select a new time slot, click 'Confirm' and you're all done! You'll receive an email to confirm this.
What format will the call take place in?
When you book your appointment, you will be asked to leave your phone number. Alice will then give you a phone call on this number at the time you selected!
What can I discuss with Alice?
Alice can help you with anything regarding your pet's nutrition. From feeding recommendations for dogs with health conditions, to advising on weight management for indoor cats, Alice is at hand!
Is there a cost for this service?
No, all of this is absolutely free!
Am I obligated to make a purchase after the appointment?
Not at all! If you're in need of advice on which food to pick for your furry friend, Alice will be able to guide you on this, but there's no obligation to place an order.

Who is Alice?
Alice is our resident Pet Nutrition expert! With a BSc in Animal Science as well as an MSc in Animal Nutrition, and 5 years of experience in the pet food industry, she knows all there is to know about feeding canine and feline companions! Having grown up with dogs, and being a dog owner herself, to Duke and Hope, the bouncy Springer Spaniels, Alice is a dog lover at heart but hopes to add a cat to her family in the future as she's fond of felines too! Alice loved studying for her Masters at the University of Nottingham, and particularly enjoyed learning about therapeutic pet nutrition and its positive impact on pets' health and wellbeing. She can't wait to pass on her wealth of knowledge to the James Wellbeloved community of Pet Parents with our new appointment system, and looks forward to getting to know lots of your lovely pets!
