What is the James Wellbeloved subscription service?
Our new subscription service is a great way to ensure your pet(s) will never run out of food and it’s really convenient! Simply choose which product your pet(s) would like to receive on a regular basis – and enjoy a great value saving of 10% and FREE delivery!
How do I subscribe?
It’s easy to subscribe – on each product page you will see an option called ‘Subscribe and Save’. Select your pet’s preferred product(s) and choose how often you would like to receive your deliveries.
How do I make changes or cancel / pause my subscription?
Our Subscription Service is very easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel by visiting the subscription section of your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for any changes or cancellations to be processed.
Can I change the products in my subscription?
You can change the products in your subscription. Please visit the subscription section of your account or contact our Customer Care team who are more than happy to help. Please note that making changes to your subscription via the Customer Care is best done with at least 2 working days notice.
What frequency can I schedule my subscription for?
You can set up your subscription for a frequency that suits you. There’s a minimum of 2 weeks between orders and a maximum of 6 weeks.
At any time you can change your selected frequency by visiting the subscription section of your account. Always remember to amend the next order date to reflect this.

Can I subscribe to more than one product?
Yes you can, but it needs to be a separate transaction.
If I subscribe to several products will they be delivered at the same time?
Delivery times can vary depending on when the order is placed and availability. However, we try to ship all products together.
