Is my cat lactose intolerant?

Just like we can be lactose intolerant, so can our cats. After weaning, their ability to digest lactose (the sugar in milk) greatly reduces. Therefore it is quite possible they are lactose intolerant, particularly if they experience an upset tummy or sickness after drinking milk.
