Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email from us which will contain your courier tracking number. Once the courier has your parcel, you will receive a ‘pre-delivery’ notification with your delivery date. On the morning of your delivery you will receive a further notification to give you an estimated time slot. If you are not going to be at home during this time slot please check your DHL page where you should see options to arrange for your parcel to be left in a safe place etc.
