Delivery and Returns

How our delivery works:
  1. Once you’ve placed your order you will receive an ‘Order Confirmation’ email. This will contain your tracking number from our courier service, DHL.
  2. You will receive a ‘pre-delivery notification’ from DHL to confirm the delivery date.
  3. Once your parcel is loaded onto the vehicle, DHL will send a notification which will allow you to confirm a 1 hour time slot for delivery

Returns:

If you change your mind, you have 14 days to return  an unopened product, at your cost, for a full refund. Please contact our Customer Care team if you have any questions.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Care team who will look into this for you.
